This Privacy Policy applies to the Takeover Tide Android application
(app.takeovertide.mobile), its website at
https://takeover-tide.netlify.app,
and all related services provided by Takeover Tide (collectively, the
“Service”). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree
to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
Takeover Tide is a read-only market desk. It does not require an account, does not collect personal information, and never handles your funds. While you use the Service, we may collect or access the following information:
The Service does not collect your name, email address, phone number, device identifiers, location, or any other personal data.
The information described above is used solely to provide and improve the Service, including:
Takeover Tide never sells, rents, or otherwise monetizes user data, and it does not use collected information to build user profiles.
Your wallet address is sent to public Solana RPC endpoints and to Jupiter to prepare swap transactions, consistent with how the Solana network operates. Your watchlist is stored locally on your device (SharedPreferences) and is never transferred to Takeover Tide servers.
The Service is operated with third-party hosting infrastructure (including Railway for the backend API and Netlify for the website). These providers may process technical logs in the ordinary course of operating their infrastructure. Takeover Tide does not maintain its own database of user information.
Takeover Tide does not disclose your personal information to third parties. Information may only be shared where required by law, such as in response to a valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Takeover Tide, its users, or the public. Any such disclosure is limited to the minimum information required.
Takeover Tide does not store personal information or private keys on its servers. Private keys never leave your device and are managed exclusively by your Solana Mobile Wallet. Communication with public APIs uses HTTPS where available. Because the Service handles no custodial funds and stores no personal data, the attack surface for user information is minimized. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Swap transactions are prepared by the Service and signed and submitted exclusively by you through your own Solana Mobile Wallet. Takeover Tide never takes custody of funds, never signs transactions on your behalf, and cannot reverse or control transactions after they are submitted to the Solana network. All transactions, including wallet addresses and amounts, are publicly visible on the Solana blockchain. You are solely responsible for your transactions and for securing your wallet and its recovery phrase.
The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13, and Takeover Tide does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to the Service, please contact us at the address below, and we will take steps to delete such information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” at the top of this page. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
