Takeover Tide (“we,” “us,” or “our”) owns all rights, title, and interest in the Takeover Tide Android application (app.takeovertide.mobile), its website, the Takeover Tide brand name, logo, and all associated custom code, design, and intellectual property created specifically for the Software.

Third-Party Data and APIs

The Software displays live data sourced from public third-party APIs. We acknowledge that the following data sources remain the property of their respective owners:

• DexScreener API — community takeover data, token profiles, token pairs, token search results, and token-boosts data.
• Jupiter API — swap quotes, swap preparation, and token metadata.
• Solana RPC — blockchain data, wallet balances, and token information.
• X (Twitter) — source links related to takeover data.

Token icons, names, symbols, and descriptions displayed in the Software are provided by DexScreener and third-party content providers. We do not claim ownership of any token icon, name, symbol, description, or other content provided by these third-party sources.

Community Takeover Content

Takeover descriptions, stories, and related content are self-reported by community members via DexScreener’s community-takeover submission process. This content is community-claimed, not verified as fact, and is displayed as submitted by the community. Takeover Tide does not claim ownership of or responsibility for this content.

Use of the Takeover Tide Brand

The “Takeover Tide” name, the Takeover Tide logo, the domain takeover-tide.netlify.app, and the package identifier app.takeovertide.mobile are the exclusive property of Takeover Tide. You may not use the Takeover Tide brand, name, logo, or identifiers without our prior written permission.

Open Source

The Software may include third-party open-source libraries. Each such library is used under its applicable license terms. All third-party copyrights and licenses are respected, and nothing in this declaration is intended to assert ownership over or restrict the use of open-source code.

No Infringement Intended

To the best of our knowledge, the Software does not intentionally infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
